As a Creative Content Writer/Documentary Producer, we seek a highly imaginative and adaptable individual to join our team.
This position requires a rare combination of storytelling prowess, research skills, and the ability to transform complex narratives into compelling written and visual content. The optimal candidate will have a passion for creating captivating narratives and the technical know-how to bring these narratives to life through documentary production.
A list of responsibilities

Create engaging and informative content for multiple platforms, including articles, blogs, and social media.
Create narratives that resonate with our target audience and are compelling.
Develop, plan, and execute documentary initiatives from conception to completion.
To collect information, interviews, and visual elements for documentaries, conduct exhaustive research.
Collaborate with videographers, editors, and other team members to develop concepts for documentaries.
Identify compelling and unique stories within the organisation or industry.
Create a narrative strategy that is consistent with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, current events, and pertinent topics to inform content development.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and production, to ensure that content aligns with overarching objectives.
As required, collaborate with external partners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
Essential Qualities

Proven track record as both a Content Writer and Documentary Producer.
Possessing exceptional writing and narrative abilities, as well as a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and adaptability.
Documentary production expertise, including scripting, filming, and editing.
Excellent familiarity with visual storytelling techniques and documentary storytelling conventions.
Excellent interviewing and research abilities.
Knowledge of current content creation and documentary filmmaking trends.
Capability to manage multiple deadlines and initiatives.
Education and Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Film Production, Creative Writing, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of [three] years’ experience in content writing and documentary production in a professional setting.
