  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our E-commerce team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our online customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Customer Assistance:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.

Order Management:

  • Assist customers in placing orders, modifying orders, and tracking shipments.
  • Resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Issue Resolution:

  • Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide effective and informed assistance.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits.


  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, promotions, and any relevant updates.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation.


  • HND, BSc in Mass communication or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to navigate and use customer service software and e-commerce platforms.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting is a plus.

Key Competence:

  • Proficiency in Ms Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • CRM Softwares

Other Requirements:

  • Must reside in Lagos.
