Rexxonis is an online trading platform for both businesses and consumers to get quality Medical and Healthcare related products at amazing prices with utmost convenience. Rexxonis deals in the sales of medical equipment from the heavy equipment like ultrasound and Xray machines, smaller equipment such as blood pressure machines, stethoscopes, weighing scale and so on. Additionally, Rexxonis features an online pharmacy where you may purchase and sell prescription medications.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our E-commerce team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our online customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Customer Assistance:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.

Order Management:

  • Assist customers in placing orders, modifying orders, and tracking shipments.
  • Resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Issue Resolution:

  • Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide effective and informed assistance.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits.


  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, promotions, and any relevant updates.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation.


  • HND, BSc in Mass communication or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to navigate and use customer service software and e-commerce platforms.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting is a plus.

Key Competence:

  • Proficiency in Ms Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • CRM Softwares

Other Requirements:

  • Must reside in Lagos.
