Job Overview

  • As a Field Marketing / Sales Representative at Tek-Annex Engineering, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
  • You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals.
  • This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

Advertisement
  • Minimum of SSCE, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Remuneration

  • Basic Monthly Salary: NGN50,000 (Contingent on successful business transactions for a minimum of 5 clients)
  • Commission: NGN50,000 per successfully closed deal with a client.
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Excellent monthly performance is rewarded.
