Keep the front desk organized with newspapers, pens, forms, etc.
Answer public, consumer, visitor, and any interested party questions.
Respond to Management administrative inquiries Staff is responsible for scheduling and updating appointments for the Managing Director and COO.
Scan papers, keep contact lists, and organize filing.
Keep all office areas, including the front office, client(s), and staff areas, clean and open for business at the start of each day.
Meet, greet, direct, and announce visitors at the front desk.
Manage workplace events including Board meetings, TGIF, and year-end parties.
Book venues for meetings and activities as needed.
Log and promptly address facility admin inquiries.
Know and understand all administration business unit operational requirements as described in SOPs.
Follow safety rules and monitor reception desk access to maintain office security. Logbook, badge visitors
Keep a list of facilities suppliers and contractors.
Keep office supplies and consumables in stock. Maintaining inventory and reorder levels
