1.) Male Employee Services Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Resumption: ASAP

Job Description

  • Maintain an updated staff record on the system for all staff of Nett Pharmacy, including updates on recent job roles and branch relocations.
  • Open new staff file with necessary documents within 48 hours of resumption
  • Managing Employees – People and Culture of the organization.
  • Managing all staff issues in relation to employment, pre-employment tests, reference checks, background checks, confirmation, transfers, relocations, performance-related issues, leave, loans, and promotion.
  • Recruitment process, screening and selection.
  • Prepare and facilitate new employee onboarding program
  • Prepare and issue job description letters to all new employees
  • Follow up with new employees weekly for the first three (3) months of resumption to ensure proper integration into the company.
  • Identifying training needs for new and existing staff, carry out training and report same to the Head of HR/Admin.
  • Maintain a training file for lower-level employees to be executed on common topics pertaining to the job.
  • Organize staff confirmation for all the qualifying employees & update their employment status.
  • Inducting new staffs’ with the company’s SOP’s.
  • Manages the database of all staff leave administration and confirmation accordingly and update leave status.
  • Pay visits to branches at least once in a month.
  • Maintain proper internal communication with employees by sending out weekly email bulletins on happenings in the company.
  • Be attentive and have a listening ear to employees concerns and efficiently manage employer-employee relationship.

2.) Buttercream Cake Decorator

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Resumption: Immediately

Job Description

  • Consulting with customers to discuss desired cake designs and cake decorating ideas for specialty cakes.
  • Designing and decorating cakes according to customers’ specifications.
  • Decorating regular bakery items according to established bakery standards.
  • Assisting baking staff with the production of standard bakery items.
  • Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences.
  • Ensuring that the display refrigerators are cleaned, polished, and fully stocked with cakes, pastries, and desserts.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 5 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 – N90,000 / month.

3.) Fondant Cake Decorator

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We’re looking for a Cake Decorator who is passionate about their work and takes pride in creating beautiful and delicious cakes for our customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience decorating cakes, be creative, and have a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and order inventory
  • Create and revise designs based on client feedback
  • Apply decorating techniques using frosting, flowers, sugar, gum paste, fondant, modeling chocolate, and other edible materials.

Qualifications

  • A Certified Cake Decorator from a recognized baking school.
  • Minimum of SSCE / ND / HND
  • 2-3 years experience

Working Schedule

  • Mondays – Saturdays

5.) Pharmacist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Community Pharmacists are well-respected professionals within their local community who use their expert knowledge of medicines to help patients get the best possible care and outcomes from their medicines.
  • As a community pharmacist, you’ll be responsible for dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medicines that help people to maintain and improve their lives, in a cost-effective way. You will be responsible for constantly monitoring the quality, safety, and use of medicines, which requires a high level of interaction with patients, providing advice and information about the use of medicines and medical appliances.
  • As a community pharmacist, you will work alongside pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support staff, such as pharmacy assistants to deliver the pharmacy service. Each person is a high valued member of the pharmacy team. Your location of work will typically be a high street pharmacy, part of a chain or an independent, or you might work in a doctor’s practice or health centre.

Key Responsibilities
As a community pharmacist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medicines to the public reviewing prescriptions from doctors to ensure accuracy and suitability for the patient, including the dosage, ingredients required, and correctly and safely labelled.
  • Supervise the preparation of any medicines when not supplied ready-made by manufacturers
  • Maintaining accurate pharmacy records, patient profiles, charge system files, and inventories maintaining a register of controlled drugs for legal and stock control purposes
  • Liaising with doctors and other healthcare professionals to monitor, review and evaluate the effectiveness of medications
  • Advising the public on medicines, side-effects of medicines and the treatment of minor ailments
  • Providing advice on specialist health care issues, such as vaccinations, blood pressure, smoking cessation, cholesterol monitoring and diabetes
  • Screening managing, supervising, educating and training pharmacy support staff management of pharmacy finances and medicines budgets ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs maintaining stock and storing and handling it correctly

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Pharm Degree with 1-5 years experience.

Working Schedule:

  • Morning shifts 8-4
  • Afternoon 1-9
  • Alternative weekends Saturdays and Sundays 9-9 full days

6.) General Manager, Real Estate

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Formulating and articulating the Strategic plan for Sales growth and other revenue streams to maximize income to achieve the Company’s objectives.
  • Branding, packaging, and messaging Real estate products and services, building brand awareness to ensure that the Company’s real estate products are market-leading products, for effective demand and looking at the commercial potential of products and services, identifying markets target audiences and maximizing exposure to these groups with a compelling buy pull strategy.
  • Preparation of the Company’s Sales and Marketing Budgets and driving performance to achieve the Sales budgets, to achieve approved budgets for the realization of Company’s margins and achievement of its Earnings objectives.
  • Conceive or identify Products & services to be sold to the market or adapted from Products & services and of the company, liaising with Construction department, to define the “products” and refine products for sale to pre-identified target audience to meet an existing need/demand.
  • Providing support, motivation, and direction to the Sales organization to execute marketing models, marketing promotions to stimulate sales, and pursue new sales channels and partners for the prompt delivery of Sales to achieve Sales targets.
  • Evolving Pricing strategy for real estate products, using Key Selling points such as quality, views, heights, location, target market, and other desirable features to determine optimal Sales prices based on market conditions and cost of production/profit targets.
  • Manage buyer/client payment plans, credit terms and liaise with the Finance department to ensure timely collection of sales proceeds from customers.
  • Conduct market research, control survey and do competition analysis to identify customers’ requirements and loyalty, evaluate trends and continually monitor our market share in those markets, innovative products and offers to constantly sniff out new opportunities for our products and services that are outside-the-box.

  • Meeting minimum sales targets
  • Selling the company’s products
  • Growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting leads to sales
  • Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Converting potential customers and inquirers to customers and continually refine processes to convert customers

8.) Dispatch Rider

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status.
  • Answering questions.
  • Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
  • Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
  • Responsible for collecting monies for bought items upon delivery to the customer.
  • Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of assigned motorcycle and must properly lock motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended to.
  • Must enjoy riding bikes and be familiar with Lagos routes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Must have a valid rider’s card
  • Must be presentable well spoken and clean shaved.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
