You will work with the Business Operations Team to onboard and maximise retailer account productivity as an Operations Manager (Partnerships).
Working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success will maximise retail partnership revenue for the organisation.
The ideal applicant has sales, business development, operations, and project management abilities.
Perform well all retailer accounts.
Effectively manage store sales funnels.
Implement retailer account sourcing and management strategies.
Oversee internal operations projects.
Join the Sales Team for Business Acquisition and Onboarding.
Create and maintain a product retailer manual.
Discover new client-sourcing channels.
Establish client acquisition and verification.
Create an intercity retailer community.
Bachelor’s in any field
Proven tech company Operations Manager experience
Good with technology and tools to get the task done.
You understand the pros and cons of working remotely and are comfortable with it.
You enjoy a variety of jobs and have worked in a tiny company.
You love getting your hands dirty yet know when to delegate.
Great active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
You think big but are adept at implementation and follow-through, paying attention to detail.
Strategy and leadership capabilities.
Teamwork and independence can yield the finest results.
Your written and spoken English is excellent.

Monthly salary: N100,000–N150,000.
