Product Marketing Specialist at Jumia Nigeria

Role Summary

As a CRM Associate at Jumia Food, you’ll help build our food delivery platform.
You create and implement marketing strategies that improve consumer experience and platform success.
Your experience helps Jumia Food provide excellent value to customers and restaurant partners.
Data analysis (Power BI, SQL) and digital marketing (POM, SEO, CRM) are also important.
The Main Duties

Positioning and Messaging: Create appealing product positioning and messaging for our target audience.
Market Research: Investigate online food delivery client needs, preferences, and trends.
Product Launch: Work with cross-functional teams to strategically plan and execute Jumia Food product/brand launches.
Create high-quality product descriptions, blog pieces, and promotional materials.
Customer Insights: Use data and feedback to understand customer behaviour and preferences.
Marketing Channel Mastery: Use statistics to improve your understanding of domain-specific marketing channels and content standards.
Marketing Outreach: Contact clients by email, push alerts, SMS, in-app messages, and more.
Segmentation: Create client segment cohorts using information to target sustained engagement and high-value sales.
Analysis of food delivery competitors’ activity can reveal opportunities and risks.
Manage marketing initiatives to increase user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and IT teams to connect marketing with business goals.
Steering: Actively guide weekly product performance with Commercial.
Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, with data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Who We Want

Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or related degree.
3-5 years as a Product or Growth Marketing Specialist, particularly in e-commerce or online food delivery.
Passion for e-commerce’s transformation.
Highly analytical and structured.
Master storyteller with a track record of captivating content.
Critical thinkers use data, instinct, and industry knowledge to provide opinions.
Excellent communicator.
Marketing expertise in Salesforce CRM, Data Analytics, and Excel.
Independent worker with complicated campaign creation, management, and measurement experience.
Data analysis skills.
HTML and PHP expertise are helpful.
Database crunching and clustering
