Recruiting Officer

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting strategy
Create and amend job descriptions
Fill out employment applications and put them on job boards, newspapers, and colleges.
Recruit candidates utilising databases, social media, etc.
Resume and job application screening
Use dependable recruiting and selection tools to screen applicants within the timetable during interviews.
Onboard new hires to incorporate
Track and use HR recruiting best practises
Requirements

Candidates must have SSCE and 1–3 years of job experience.
Ability to interview variously.
Organisation of skills evaluation centres.
Communication and interpersonal abilities are excellent.
Good decision-making.
