Summary of Job

Present company items to investors and clients.
Maintain repeat clientele to keep them happy and encourage future business and referrals.
Meet with customers that need particular care or are in difficult situations.
Follow schedules to exceed company product sales targets.
Develop sales plans to boost corporate product sales and work with the sales team to meet monthly and annual goals.
Needed Skills/Experience

Business Administration or related 1st or 2nd Class Degree
Successful Nigerian real estate sales record.
Minimum 3 years in same position
Skills/Attributes needed:

Client management expertise
Proficient in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good time-management and organisation
Strong leader and team player.
