  • Identify and pursue sales leads to create a robust pipeline of potential customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions to meet those needs.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to build trust and rapport.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
  • Continuously improve your sales techniques through training and feedback.
  • Foster positive customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.


  • Proven experience in sales or a related role is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and engaging demeanor with active listening skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections and challenges positively.
