To: Finance Manager
Summary of Job
To assist the Finance Manager and department heads in managing business finances and commerce.
Support financial management and control, including financial and regulatory reporting
Planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategy, finance, and auditor relations
Doing the job
With company team members, complete all accounting chores.
Help create annual budgets and projections
Managing agent pays
Accounting, local, Group, and internal guidelines compliance
Ensure timely and smooth audit completion with statutory and internal auditors.
Work on special initiatives as directed by Management
Preparing monthly payroll
Supporting the Finance Manager in developing, monitoring, and modifying financial policies and procedures
Making payments and following up with banks to maintain bank accounts
WEB booking, regular reconciliation for affiliate accounts
Analysis of Monthly Costs
Bank Reconciliation Monthly
Coordination with CAM and Head office for bank guarantee issue, amendment, and closure
Tax calculations, bookings, reconciliation, and payments
Comply with accounting and other laws
Accurate and timely monthly IC Recon, FC, and budget reporting.
Accounting or related B.Sc./HND.
Company accountant experience of 8+ years.
Mandatory accounting certification.
Knowledge of accounting and tax norms.
Skills in accounting and analysis.
Strong accounting and financial report software experience, such as SAP
Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel) and related products.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, eager to motivate and educate and connect colleagues on all Accounting subjects.
