  • Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.

As a Project Installation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Having supervisory roles that are responsible for entire scope of site activities acting under the direction of the site leadership.
  • Leading site team and manage execution of the project scope of work, managing multiple sites for projects.
  • Leading others directly or indirectly and or/manage subcontractors.
  • Ensuring schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations.
  • Discussing with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s from an accredited establishment or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with proven experience in Project Management.
  • Have at least 6 year’s experience in Site Management.
  • Have proven experience in Project Management.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (please indicate clearly on resume) ?

Responsibilities
As a Junior Field Service Specialist after an intense Training Program, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
  • Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of our rotating equipment?s and products at customer sites
  • Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards
  • Properly manage company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and management of packing list, bill of material and drawings.
  • Under direct supervision (On The Job Training REQUIRED) receives and follows specific detailed instructions.
  • Learns and assist other crew members during the Installation and/or Maintenance activities in Field at Customer Sites
  • Being responsible to learn how to execute maintenance/installation of IET rotating equipment and assist the others crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.
  • Primarily interacting with assigned MENTOR or direct supervisor and other specialists/supervisors in the group.
  • Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors and following all IET Gas Technology Service applicable processes and procedures.
  • Performing other related duties as required.

  • Have a Mechanical Technical Degree or Engineering Degree.
  • Have experience in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar)
  • Have limited knowledge of oil and gas industry.
  • Have good Mechanical attitude.
  • Have ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Have excellent verbal and written English, a second language is desirable.
  • Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction (Domestic & International), including offshore facilities
  • Have ability to work well and communicate with others.

  • Participating in development and leading the execution of the Benlty Nevada Services growth strategy taking into consideration the services pricing, financials and operational excellence
  • Being responsible for building professional long-term relationships with specific customers within the Sub Saharan Africa region
  • Driving sub-region strategy for developing after sales market by promoting training, SSA – Supporting Service Agreements, reactive services, retrofit projects
  • Working closely with region sales leaders to ensure appropriate sales coverage and opportunities to achieve the services orders plan for the sub-region
  • Interfacing regularly with the Service Director to review the progress of regional growth initiatives and participate in the development of new service offerings

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience.
  • Have at least 10 years experience in Field Services in oil and gas/power industry and with vibration technology (Bently Nevada equipment is a plus)
  • Have at least 5 years experience in Sales or aftersales in oil and gas/power industry
  • Have cognitive experience working across different markets in the region
  • Have willingness and ability to travel within assigned region.
  • Have good business acumen and commercial savvy with the ability to manage effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Have customer-oriented service mindset.
  • Have good working knowledge of contract terms and conditions as well as familiarity with project labor and material quoting tools.
  • Be well organized with good communication, inter-personal skills as a leader, with clients and with Baker Hughes.

4.)?Project Engineer – Light Well Interventions

Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will also be responsible for:

  • Providing operational support and technical management of Light Well Intervention systems and operational procedures for offshore operations.
  • Leading processes for recertification, upgrades and providing technical expertise to field engineers.
  • Providing expertise through tender, remittance and execution phases Interpreting client?s CTQs, standards and global practices
  • Reviewing the scope of work to make operations lean, safe and technically sound.
  • Introducing cost-reduction measures, efficiency, and standardization in day-to-day operations
  • Acting as a link between Global Engineering and LWI.
  • Executing the given engineering projects (independently or part of a team), according to Baker Hughes and international standards and procedures.
  • Creating, review, approval of engineering parts, documents, procedures, study reports, design, requirement as per engineering guidelines.

  • Be educated to B.Sc level in Engineering
  • Have experience within the subsea industry: preferably Interventions, Intervention systems, BOPs (blow out preventors) , LRPs, WCPs (well control procedures) etc.
  • Be familiar with well control procedures and standards ? from API (American petroleum institute)
  • Have extensive experience and proven track record with CWOR (completion and workover systems) (rig but not in this role but useful none the less) systems, XT products
  • Have previous experience in positions such as project engineering, system engineering or project engineering management at product or system level.
  • Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Be able to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts, and deduce solutions.
  • Be flexible for international travel.
