Job Description / Responsibilities

• Invoice generation. Generate invoice for products or services provided to clients or customers based on contractual agreements, sales orders , or other relavants documents.
• Data Entry. Enter billing information into the company’s accounting or billing software system including customer details, products or service description.
• Accuracy and Compliance. Ensure all invoices are accurate, comply with company policies and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation and Record Keeping. Maintain proper documentation, errors, or ommisions and resolve any issues before sending them to clients.
• Payment Processing. Monitor and track payments,ensuring that all payments are received on time. Follow up due to over due payments and collaborate with collections team if necessary.
• Reporting. Generate and provide regular reports on billing activities, outstanding payments, and financial performance to the finance department.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any discipline.
• 0-2 years work experience.
• Must be good at Excel (Note a Test wiwll be conducted)
• Must be staying around Ikeja, Agege, Egbeda due to the proximity of the job.

Salary
N75,000 – N80,000 / month.
