Job Title: Customer Service Agent at Lumos Nigeria

Location: Sanya, Lagos

Duration: 3 Months Contractual Employment

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications (Minimum of HND / B.Sc and relevant qualification or its equivalent).
• Candidate shall have Post Graduate Experience of one (1) year.
• He/she must have excellent Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to speak English and Yoruba is a must.
• The ability to communicate and relate with customers in English and Youba and any other language is a must.
• He / she must have excellent communication.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• This is a 3-month contractual job and candidates should be available to work in shifts from 8am-7pm.
