Job Responsibilities
Key Account Management:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Create and execute tailored account plans and strategies to maximize account growth and revenue.

Account Growth:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and track progress.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.

Market Research and Insight:

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging opportunities, and threats.
  • Provide valuable market insights to help shape our product development and sales strategies.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales Manager to align account strategies with overall organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Advertisement
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • Previous employment experience in the medical field is an added advantage.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including its challenges, regulatory environment and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiating, presenting and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
