2.)?Farm Tractor Operator
Location:?Lagos

Job Description
- Driving and carrying out regular maintenance and repairs of tractors and other farm implements.
- Perform routine engine maintenance and record keeping of all equipment repairs.
- Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions.
- Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery.
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers to crops.
- Operate farm equipment to spray pesticides on weeds along the roadside and perimeter of fields to keep weeds down.
- Operating tractors safely and efficiently.
- ?Performing inspections of tractors and attachments like graders, rollers, and plows, and ensuring they are well-lubricated.
- Using tractors to transport materials and pull or push agricultural equipment.
- Operating tractors with laser leveling equipment to prepare fields.
- Reporting any faults or concerns to the Farm Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Remaining alert while driving and servicing the tractor, and maintaining the appropriate speed limit at all times.
- .Must be able to work under extreme weather conditions, and work long hours including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Diploma or experience in a similar role.
- A relevant driver?s license.
- ?experience in a similar role.
- The ability to identify and react appropriately to hazards.
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment.
- Experience performing maintenance on tractors and other farming equipment.
- The ability to carry out duties unsupervised, in harsh weather conditions, and during irregular hours when required.

3.)?Assistant Civil Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to the Civil Engineer in developing civil and structural engineering designs and concepts.
- provides technical support during construction and site showground.
- Monitor to ensure all work activities are performed in accordance to safety procedures.

- Assist in reviewing plans and drawings to ensure they meet code requirements and engineering standards

4.)?Field Palm Plantation Supervisor
Location:?Lagos
Salary:?N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.

Job Description
- Oversee and maintain the field in orderly manner.
- Monitor and supervise the plantation for optimum yield and quality production.
- Supervise a group of general workers for efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the consistency of data entry for check-roll and other accounting input data for the plantation information system.
- Carry out data collection such as frond data, bunch data and physical
- Monitor and control pests and diseases.
- Planning and implementation of work schedules and programmes.
- Ensure that workers to optimize their labour force for maximum daily productivity.

- Manage mechanical workshop and maintenance of all plantation vehicles such as farm tractors & trailers, excavators, grader, compactor, trucks and gen sets.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams and ensure optimal? ?equipment availability.
- Manage workshop’s performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage computerised record for stock holding of spares and materials and minimise downtime.
- Ensure continuous improvements by implanting workshop and maintenance best practices.
- Monitor and manage team and individual performance daily against minimum standards and targets.
- leads process improvement initiatives and reviews maintenance, operations and safety audit findings to make informed decisions for improvements.
