What will you do?
Analyze, analyze, and apply HR policies, build internal procedures, and solve complicated HR challenges.
To encourage retention and growth, lead all employee engagement, wellbeing, and team-building events.
Manage new hire onboarding?induction, probation, and confirmation.
Human resources planning and procedural advice for leadership teams
Organizational HR program analysis and improvement
Create, review, and implement HR policies
Ensure HR agendas comply with employment law
HR report creation, preparation, and storage
Acknowledging, proposing, and managing workflow changes
Exploring novel data and report generation and analysis methods
Who are we seeking?
A passionate HR professional with expertise and knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and best HR practices.
Team player who appreciates working in a motivated team and has these skills:
Excellent English (French would be a plus) communication abilities
Know HR procedures well
Effective verbal and textual communication
Affinity for working in a matrix organization and worldwide collaboration, maintaining sensitive information, and using IT systems in a self-service environment.
An individual with 3?6 years HR experience (legal background is a plus)
Detailed Description
Delivers Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs with business units/divisions.
Join a top HR firm that advises management and staff on HR procedures. Conduct investigations and manage employee interactions to uphold business principles. Participate in company-wide efforts such manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment.
Job duties are difficult and need autonomous judgment.
Job Needs
5 years generalist experience, BA/BS.
HR expertise a bonus.
Possible project leader. Coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem-solving are essential.
Ability to travel.
