HR Manager
Job Duties
Create and implement HR strategies that support the business plan.
Develop and oversee company-wide HR strategy, systems, tactics, and procedures.
Human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation support present and future company demands.
Promote productivity by creating a favourable environment.
Perform industrial relations and advise management on all employment laws.
Address employee complaints and demands to improve management-employee relations.
Manage organisational policies and processes to enable work.
Manage all human resources operations and functions.
Ensure good performance with a sophisticated performance management system.
Create and administer a robust talent and knowledge system.
Ensure HR management legality across the organisation.
Control the HR budget.
Manage employee work cycle from start to finish.
Manage strategic internal and external partnerships.
Job Needs
Human Resources Management or related B.Sc./HND.
Experience in FMCG is required.
Important HR Professional Certification is required.
A appropriate postgraduate degree helps.
Industrial Relations Management and Nigerian Labour Requirements expertise.
Strategic HR Management expertise.
