Needs and Skills
HR degree or comparable field.
Work experience: 6–10 years.
Experienced HR Manager or Executive with a focus on people and performance.
Human Resources metrics experience
HR systems and databases knowledge
Strategy and leadership skills
Proficient in active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, as well as managing interpersonal connections within the firm.
