Responsibilities
Create and implement HR strategies that support the business plan.
Addressing demands, concerns, and other difficulties between management and employees
Manage hiring and selection
Develop, engage, motivate, and preserve human capital to meet current and future company demands.
Develop and oversee company-wide HR strategy, systems, tactics, and procedures.
Maintain a happy workplace
Manage a high-performance performance appraisal system.
Maintain benefits and pay plan
Assess training needed to apply and monitor programmes
Inform management and support decisions using HR metrics.
HR management must be legal.
Needs and Skills
HR degree or comparable field.
Work experience: 6?10 years.
Experienced HR Manager or Executive with a focus on people and performance.
Human Resources metrics experience
HR systems and databases knowledge
Strategy and leadership skills
Proficient in active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, as well as managing interpersonal connections within the firm.
