Essential Duties
Help customers and create a warm atmosphere.
Teach shoppers how to utilise our app for fast shopping.
Show and answer technology questions.
Fix app-related customer complaints.
Self-checkout locations should be monitored and assisted.
Work with store workers to provide a consistent client experience.
Get customer comments and insights to develop the app.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications and work experience are required.
Communication and interpersonal abilities are excellent.
Friendly and approachable.
Able to use and explain mobile apps to customers.
Customer service or retail experience helps.
Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
