We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Enterprise Risk Manager

Location:?Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The role holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining a risk management framework for ITEX, and monitoring risks, ensuring that they are within the approved risk appetite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust Enterprise Risk Management framework that will guide ITEX?s operations in the achievement of her mandate.
  • Design Risk Framework Components – Enhance, build, or expand Risk Identification, Risk Scoring, Risk Appetite, and Risk Reporting infrastructures, including relevant programs and processes across the Company.
  • Lead ERM special projects such as corporate educational risk training, expanding risk automation tools, maintenance of ERM policies and documentation, and activities focusing on the advancement of risk accountability and culture.;
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of enterprise risk, which include designing of assessment and management: policies, processes, guidelines, reports, monitoring the effective implementation of the same.
  • Responsible for implementing the Company?s Risk Management Policy Framework and periodically reviewing to ensure that the Company?s key operational risks are identified, assessed, measured, controlled, and managed prudentially.
  • Develop appropriate initiatives to mitigate risk exposures to the organization.
  • Conduct regular stress tests on the Company and Subsidiaries? portfolio using a simulation model to evaluate the potential impact on Capital and Liquidity Requirements.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and prepare the respective risk profiles that facilitate monitoring of the risk component in ITEX.
  • Continuously monitor the company?s risk exposure and flags / escalate any areas of concern.
  • Development of risk indicators and ensuring compliance.
  • Formulate new policy guidelines to manage credit, market & operational, and country risks in line with best practices.
  • Establish and manage the operations of the fraud management desk
  • Business Continuity Management
  • Drive operational excellence through established policies, processes, and procedures
  • Product review and risk assessment of new products and changes to existing products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any social sciences related discipline.
  • Postgraduate Degree in a business-related field or management is an added advantage.
  • Experience within a Risk function of a financial services company, preferably with exposure to Risk & Control Self-Assessment.
  • Experience with Risk & Controls, how they are measured and assessed against risk appetite
  • Preparation of risk reports
  • A good understanding of financial products and solutions and the regulatory and legal environment in which they operate
  • Experience of using information systems for investigation and reporting e.g. MS Excel, PowerBI and Tableau.

2.) Technical Support Officer

Role Summary

  • The post holder will be a first level support staff responsible for monitoring, responding to and treating open tickets to ensure all systems and applications are running smoothly and seamlessly.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring, resolving, and responding to open tickets submitted by internal and external customers.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification.
  • Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support.
  • Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities.
  • Keeping a record of configuration/application changes and scheduling application updates in collaboration with the Operations Team.
  • Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
  • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
  • Keep Track of all logged requests with their corresponding statuses and relevant details for Audit related purposes.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technology field is preferred
  • Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of the company’ s products and services

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Officer in a FINTECH Industry

Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Time-management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines for issues resolution.
  • Excellent customer service skills

3.) Senior Data Analyst

Role Summary

  • The post holder will be responsible for gathering and scrutinizing data using specialized tools to generate information that helps in business decision-making.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Removing/Cleaning corrupted data and fixing errors & related problems
  • Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
  • Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify problems
  • Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
  • Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
  • Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data periodically as the business requirement.
  • Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
  • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
  • Scrutinize data to recognize and identify patterns Use data modeling techniques to summarize the overall features of data analysis.

Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications Required

  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Science related disciplines
  • Data Analyst Professional Certificate
