Description of the Job
Promote the sale of real estate to both new and existing customers.
Accomplish the goal set for each month.
Attend sales gatherings, make sales presentations, and participate in sales rallies while representing the organisation.
Find untapped business opportunities and new markets.
Excellent skills in negotiating and the capacity to successfully close sales deals in a timely manner.
Collect information about the market and the customers, and deliver responses.
Make a sales pitch to prospective clients in order to get new business.
Maintain contact with the client and seek out new business opportunities through pre-existing relationships, cold calling, in-person meetings, or site visits.
Both Experience and Qualification are Required
A minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Higher National Diploma in Marketing, or a course or degrees linked to the social sciences.
Experience in sales and marketing for a minimum of two to three years at minimum.
Qualifications or training in relevant areas of marketing will be an asset to your application.
Previous employment history demonstrating a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
