Job Description

- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.
Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Create itineraries and ensure travel arrangements run smoothly.
Office Management:
- Maintain a well-organized office, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Keep track of important deadlines and assist in project management.
Data Management:
- Manage and maintain confidential information and documents.
- Organize and update files, records, and databases.
Communication Liaison:
