The Main Duties
Inspire and lead restaurant servers, bartenders, and kitchen workers to work together and excel.
Responsible for restaurant bookings, seating, and guest relations.
Train and develop workers and handle customer problems to improve customer service.
Manage inventory, ordering, and costs to meet budget.
Work with the kitchen to ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Keep the restaurant clean and safe per health and safety regulations.
Use marketing and promotions to attract and retain guests.
Finance and performance analysis are administrative activities.
Qualifications
Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree and 6?9 years of experience.
