1.) Account Payable Officer
- As an Accounts Payable Officer at Speedaf Logistics,you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Your responsibilities will involve managing the accounts payable function within the logistics industry, contributing to financial accuracy, and supporting the smooth flow of financial transactions.
- Raising of payment vouchers
- Vetting of supporting documents for expense reimbursement
- Operation petty cash management
- Postings of transactions on SAP such as trip cost, other payments, petty cash, and Issue of Fuel
- Posting bank statement transactions on SAP for the monthly report
- Assisting the manager with the month-end closing report
- Filling out documents
- Monthly update on fixed asset schedule
- Prepaid expenses schedule management
- Reconciliation Excel schedule and SAP reconciliation for transparency
- Preparation of payroll analysis and schedule and posting on SAP
- Clearing of monthly customer balances on SAP.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience as an Account Payable Officer.
- Proven experience in accounts payable within the logistics or transportation industryis an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Having an accounting professional certification is beneficial.
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
2.) HR Officer
- As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in the Human Resources department by providing support in various HR functions.
- You will assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,help manage Recruitment and employee relations, and contribute to the overall success of the HR team in meeting the organization’s strategic goals.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract talent.
- Review resumes and applications to screen and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and assessments, and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Check candidate references and conduct background checks.
- Carry out the on-boarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and digital formats.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback from departing employees.
- Ensuring a smooth off-boarding process.
- Managing employee promotions, transfers, and job rotations.
- Supporting career development initiatives.
- Assist in the dissemination and communication of HR policies and procedures to employees
- Generate weekly reports and metrics related to recruitment performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
- Other duties as directed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5.) Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- This role involves actively prospecting for new clients, understanding their needs, presenting product or service solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential clients and market segments that align with our logistics servicesand generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement strategies effectivelyfor extensive sales and distribution of company products.
- Collaborate with the operations team to create tailored logistics solutions for clients.
- Present proposals and quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
- Monitor to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordinglyto enhance sales process and revenue.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the Line Managers and Management.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales recordsincluding client interactions and sales forecastto obtain information useful in preparing reports

- Perform every other tasks as assigned by your Reporting Line.
Competencies and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study.
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar rolewith experience in Logistics, B2B and FMCG
- Must be able to identify prospects, identify prospects’ challenges and proffer solutionsand build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must be a good negotiator.
- Must possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
