Job Description

  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.
  • You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within our company.
  • You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
  • Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, minimum of 15 years
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and sourcing tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, able to build rapport with candidates.
