Work Description

2-plus years of data analysis experience with huge datasets
Statistics skills like regression analysis and hypothesis testing
Excellent data visualization and communication skills, able to explain difficult facts to multiple audiences
SQL knowledge and Python or R proficiency
Experience in hospitality is a plus. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills. Ability to operate independently and effectively in a team environment.

Monthly salary: N200,000.

2.)?Business Development Officer

Work Description


Our hospitality management software company needs a business development officer.
A hospitality management software (PMS) background is required.
Job duties

Responsible for marketing and selling our hospitality management software and meeting monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
Promote the product in the responsibility region, meet customer acquisition and sales goals, and increase market share based on the company’s marketing and sales strategy.
Maintain effective client communication, understand their demands in real time, and give proactive, enthusiastic, satisfied, and thoughtful services.
Perform project tracking, product quotation, pre-sales demonstration, contract negotiation, and contract signing independently based on the company’s product, price, and market strategy. Help the technical department implement projects.
Ensure company coverage in the regional market under timely supervision.
Get user input on the company’s product R&D, marketing, sales, and after-sales services.

Bachelor’s degrees and 2+ years of relevant hotel supply, product, or hospitality industry experience are required.
Proficient in office and computer basics.
Effective communication and coordination.
Experience selling hospitality software is preferred.

Monthly salary: N200,000.
HMO, Pension, and Group Life Insurance include 6% commission on software purchases.

4.)?Sales and Marketing Manager

Work Description

Our hotel brand in Ikeja needs a Sales and Marketing Manager to execute the hotel’s sales plan and maximize revenues across all revenue-generating channels.
The ideal applicant is commercially driven, has at least 3 years of hospitality experience, can analyze market data, and is eloquent and confident in communication. An advantage is knowing digital marketing measurements and tools like web analytics.
Duties and responsibilities

Create and implement the hotel’s sales and marketing plan and track KPIs, budgets, and revenues.
Working with the General Manager, implement hotel pricing strategies.
Maintain and grow client connections.
Assess current markets and find new clients.
Monitor third-party and promotional websites and work with providers to optimize the hotel’s internet presence.
Monitor the Hotel’s social media profiles and respond promptly.
Establish and disseminate departmental sales plans to all parties.
Manage all promotional assets from copyright through design and print to match Great National branding.
Manage the guest database and verify customer information.
Record all client correspondence, including quotes and contracts.
Represent the hotel at local and national consumer trade fairs, mall promotions, and tourism events.
Report sales and marketing efforts regularly to the General Manager and Directors.

Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree and 3?10 years of experience.
