1.)?Human Resources and Admin Manager

Location:?Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Implement and update Company Policies And Procedures.
  • Ensure smooth running of the office on a day to day and as required basis.
  • In Charge Of Human Resources of the company.
  • Delegates responsibilities amongst the staff.
  • Coordinates work within the various departments.
  • Ensures Budgets Are Managed Efficiently.
  • Responsible for Performance Management Of Company And Staff.
  • Update health and safety policies.
  • Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, insurance and transport.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies, organizations and groups.
  • Ensure prompt and adequate compliance to all statutory and professional organizations.
  • Support and assist in Business development (marketing) of the Company?s products and services.
  • Knowledgeable in Nigerian labour law and policies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and counselling to staff.
  • Management Of All The Projects Staff, Material Usage, Manpower, And The Host Community For Effective/Efficient Completion Of Every Project.
  • Provide inputs, creative solutions and ideas to the management team on Products and Projects.
  • Ability To Advise, Recommend To Organization Any Variance Or Differences Arises During Execution Of Any On – Going Project Within And Outside The Organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Good First Degree in any Humanities, Social Sciences or related courses.
  • 5-8 years experience in admin and HR functions.
  • Excellent IT skills with high proficiency in the use of MS Office and HR packages needed.
  • A recognized professional certification in ICSA, HRBP, IPM or equivalent advantageous.
  • Ability to initiate or demonstrate strong personal skills to function independently and as a part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-controlled work ethnics.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and have superior training and delegation abilities.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills and good leadership qualities.
  • Must be an energetic person with unusual initiative
  • Must be resilient
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreads.

2.)?Operations Manager

Location:?Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the detailed execution of the Landscape Projects from initial planning to conclusion.
  • Meet with clients to develop, modify or refine plan for Projects.
  • Manages and schedules labor, equipment and material to accomplish production schedules and quality standards.
  • Overall human resource management in conjunction with the Office Administrator of field staff within production. Includes hiring, firing, training, mentoring and developing staff to reach potential goals.
  • Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
  • Oversee varied administrative functions, which include departmental billings, sales tracking, project tracking and collection activity.
  • Manage change order process and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Ensure adherence to established schedules and budgets.
  • Assist with the completion of landscape estimates and contracts.
  • May assist in creating customized designs.
  • Receive and respond to customer complaints exercising discretion and judgment to resolve customer or departmental issues, and/or work.
  • Ensures all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines.
  • Investigate any accident or safety violation, prepare appropriate reports, take action steps to correct and prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain a high level of care of company assets in the field (heavy-duty vehicles) and customer worksites.
  • Ensure all field reporting and records are completed accurately /effectively and communication flow between field offices.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Horticulture, landscape, Building Construction or related courses.
  • 8 – 10 years of Cognate experience in an architectural/construction/design firm.
  • High level of analytical, financial, communication and negotiation skills necessary with proficiency in MS Project, excel and CAD system
  • Proactive dynamic man/woman in their 30/early 40s
  • Good usage of MS office for reporting.
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to monitor multiple items and follow up as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Results and action-oriented
  • Profit-driven ? seeks ways to cut costs and improve efficiency
  • The position may requires extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling; including evening or weekend hours as needed.

  • Lead the Business Development Project Delivery Process feasibility modeling
  • Planning and designing
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business into landscape designs.
  • Landscape Contract Administration
  • Developing strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans.
  • Maintaining an accurate customer database for reporting, mailing and marketing programs.
  • Providing inputs, creative solutions and ideas to the management team on products offerings.
  • Exceeding or meeting sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus.
  • Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key clients.
  • Providing feedback from clients in order to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for new products
  • Meets or exceeds established sales goals for contracted work and extras.
  • In charge of the Company?s social media handle.
  • In Charge of Exhibition of trade shows.
  • Making sure that Project objectives are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Good B.Sc. in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, BA with a professional qualification.
  • MBA an added advantage
  • Minimum 6 years? proven experience on Real Estate, Landscape Design and Property Development companies.
  • Good knowledge of landscape designs.
  • High level of numeracy and financial awareness necessary with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel.
  • Knowledge of related software.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Outstanding business development and sales conversion skills
  • Formal project management training will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Total profit-making responsibility for operations.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
