Work Description
Manage office operations and personnel performance to ensure efficiency and company policy compliance.
Create and update personnel, financial, and other databases.
Help hire and onboard new staff.
Manage mail and reports.
Counsel on policies and processes.
New hire confirmation after probation.
Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and write job descriptions.
Address employee inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Maintain a fair and positive workplace by mediating employee disputes.
Help with departure interviews and turnover analysis.
Comply with labour regulations and company policies.
Investigate disciplinary concerns against erring employees.
Take disciplinary panel minutes and reports.
Manage office operations and personnel performance to ensure efficiency and company policy compliance.
Identify employee skill gaps and coordinate training programmes to support training and development.
Maintain all facilities, equipment, and assets.
Coordinate administrative systems and streamline procedures.
Keep Admin functions running well to support other corporate functions.
Manage other office tasks.
Coordination with other teams for vehicle supply
Manage company CUG lines, office equipment upkeep, and admin tasks.
Requirements
Candidates need a B.Sc. and 2–7 years of experience.
