We need a brand specialist to maintain our brand’s consistency, credibility, and recognition.
Work Description

Delivers company brand goals and strategies; ensures brand growth
Monitors market trends and advertising to ensure their product or service is communicated correctly.
Manage the company’s print media.
Manage brand ambassadors, ads, social media, and commercials.
Researching consumer markets, tracking market changes, and finding ways to boost sales and revenue.
Names for new and existing products and services, design and project concepts.
Working with art designers, copywriters, media buyers, and printers to create TV ads, newspaper and magazine ads, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows, and exhibition stands.
Supervisory approval of marketing literature and campaigns, interacting with legal and compliance staff to ensure designs and messages match business brand and regulatory criteria.
Co-coordinating product launches.
Helping with product development, pricing, launching, and commercial opportunities
Customer and competitor insights analysis
Coordinating company communications to convey a positive message.
Helping the IT staff maintain and update company websites with relevant information
Helping create and maintain content.
Create and execute brand strategies.
Promote brand expansion.
Be inventive and able to generate new ideas.
Should have general and in-depth real estate market knowledge to track customer patterns and predict future trends.
Job Needs

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper) in Marketing, Communication, or comparable discipline.
Proven brand manager with 8–12 years of experience and great performance.
Marketing and communication expertise.
Knowledge of regulations, best practises, and performance standards.
Should oversee and supervise projects.
Have leadership and decision-making skills.
Verbal and writing abilities must be high.
Experience with real estate firms is a plus.
