5.)?Fleet Officer, Quality Assurance

Vehicle Operations Dept.

Job Duties Documentation:

Document pre- and post-inspection evidence for vehicles. Vehicle Maintenance:

Test vehicles before maintenance to determine repair needs.
Follow up on repairs to ensure maintenance spare parts are used wisely.
Improve checklists and maintenance routines with the vehicle maintenance manager.
Visit Authorised Service Workshops periodically to ensure MAX methods are followed for maintenance.
Check/Test vehicles after maintenance to confirm repairs are made.
Vehicle Restoration:

Help assess vehicle damage using the pre-assessment checklist before refurbishing.
Check spare parts for refurbishing to ensure they meet standards.
Use the post-assessment checklist to verify that cars are repaired to standards.
Help technicians follow maintenance best practises
Administrative Role:

Fill out job cards for every vehicle brought in for maintenance or renovation. Frequent technician training
Qualifications needed

Min OND in any engineering field. Preferred: Mechanical Engineering
2 years of experience as a vehicle technician or fleet manager Ability to ride Skillful 2- and 3-wheelers.
Skills and Abilities
