- We are currently seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years of staffing industry experience is compulsory to join our dynamic team.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of staffing services.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Set clear, measurable goals and consistently monitor progress towards targets.
Staffing Solutions Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of staffing industry best practices to offer customized solutions to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing services.
Technology Integration and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest industry technology trends and tools.
- Drive the adoption of tech solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including revenue targets, client acquisition, and retention rates.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
- Strong technological aptitude and proficiency with relevant industry software and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
N150,000 – N250,000 / month.
