2.)?Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We need a talented Business Development Manager to manage the team’s daily sales and marketing activities, develop a long-term sales, marketing, and business development strategy, and lead and grow the company in a competitive market.
Self-starter in real estate sales, marketing, and business development is perfect. Manages sales, promotions, customer acquisition, and retention.

Offer top-notch sales management.
Mentor and motivate the sales team to reach sales goals.
Drive proactive sales planning, forecasting, and customer service management
Sales targets must be met to achieve project business plan top line.
Develop and implement sales strategy and promotional activities for various projects to generate new markets and target sales.
Establish channel partner evaluation and categorization.
Assess sales inquiries, techniques, and results.
Manage and build internal sales processes.
Tracking sales trends and developing strategies that target the correct market with the proper tools.
Project sales marketing ideas and execution.

3.)?General Manager, Real Estate Business Development

Work Description

Developing a sales growth and other revenue stream strategy to maximise income and meet company goals.
Promoting and institutionalising Chateau-Royal as Nigeria’s top real estate company and umbrella brand, and driving demand for all company real estate products and development.
Branding, packaging, and messaging Real estate products and services, building brand awareness to ensure the Company’s real estate products are market-leading, for effective demand and looking at the commercial potential of products and services, identifying target audiences and marketing to them with a compelling buy pull strategy.
In charge of product definition, differentiation, market segmentation, positioning, and marketing and communications strategies Coordinating implementation via social media, TV, search engine marketing, telesales, e-mail marketing, direct mail, trade shows, exhibits, promotional events, etc. and maintaining the company’s websites to advertise and sell all real estate items.
Preparation and management of the company’s sales and marketing budgets to meet sales goals and control marketing and selling expenses to meet margin and earnings goals.
Liaise with Consulting and Construction Divisions to define “products” and refine them for sale to pre-identified target audiences to meet an existing need/demand.
Supporting, motivating, and directing the Sales organisation to implement marketing models, promotions, and new sales channels and partners to meet sales targets.
Key selling characteristics including quality, views, heights, location, target market, and other desirable features are used to calculate ideal sales prices depending on market conditions and cost of production/profit targets for real estate products.
To collect customer sales proceeds on schedule, manage buyer/client payment plans, credit conditions, and finance department communication.
Conduct market research, control surveys, and competition analysis to identify customers’ needs and loyalty, evaluate trends, and monitor our market share in those markets, innovative products, and offers to find new, out-of-the-box opportunities.
Education and Experience

Minimum requirements: B.Sc. + M.Sc. in Social Sciences or Management, 6 years of general management experience in real estate, under 40 years old, and female preference.
