Job Description

Our ideal candidate excels in copywriting, content writing, and professional writing.
The person must have long-form (articles, blogs, press releases) and short-form (social media) material.
Individuals must grasp professional writing for advisory or corporate business settings.
Communications Specialists must be strategic and detail-oriented. Productive with media content writing experience.
Main Duties

Write, edit, and distribute marketing materials like publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, and more to promote the organization’s activities, products, and services.
Create a media outreach, content calendar, and social media content strategy.
Prepare press releases, infographics, blogs, and newsletters for the company website.
Learn and stay current on the company’s policies, principles, and strategies.
Follow the company’s style guide to create error-free copy and designs.
Work with the media team, which includes a graphic designer and freelancers, to create quality brand content.
Develop and implement an effective target-audience communications strategy with management.
Record media coverage and compile metrics.
Manage firm social media mostly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Communications Specialist Needs:

Bachelor’s in communications, journalism, public relations, or comparable subject (important).
Required: 3 years of similar experience.
Required: excellent written and verbal communication.
Performs well under pressure and deadlines.
Must have social media and networking experience.
Detail-oriented.
Work portfolio for review (important).
Advertising on Facebook is a bonus.
