A creative and active social media and marketing coordinator is needed to handle Dixon & Ricks’ social media communications, marketing activities, and brand awareness across platforms.
The perfect applicant loves digital marketing, knows social media trends, and can develop engaging content that corresponds with our company values and goals.
Responsibility and duties

Social Media Management: Manage D&R’s LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. Engage with online communities, answer questions, and grow followers.
Programme Brochure Design: Help with annual programme brochure content, client inquiries, and communication.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to create and implement the annual digital marketing plan and digital media strategies.
Manage announcement and ad placement to promote our products.
Graphic Design: Help produce aesthetically appealing material that engages our readers.
Newsletter Production: Produce periodic newsletters to notify clients and stakeholders about company updates and offerings.
Weekly client presentations and D&R product spotlights boost brand visibility and engagement.
Create, edit, and distribute website content, chat conversations, press releases, marketing materials, and other public-facing information. Innovatively produce and select original material that reflects the company’s beliefs and culture for high-quality representation.
Lead Generation: Share daily leads from all our goods and services to encourage client engagement.
Customer Engagement: Respond quickly to online queries, issues, and feedback.
Ethical Guidelines: Follow the social media code of ethics and legal framework to comply and safeguard the organisation.
SDG Compliance: Align content development with SDGs 4 and 17 to show our commitment to global collaboration and brand recognition.
Skills, qualifications

Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or similar profession.
Proven social media, content, and digital marketing skills.
Graphic design software expertise.
Excellent writing and speaking skills.
Knowledgeable about social media platforms and trends.
Collaboration and fast-paced adaptability.
Social media ethics and law.
Experience:

2- 3 years in digital marketing

Description

You will manage and coordinate our educational programmes and projects as Project Coordinator.
You will collaborate with faculty, students, and internal teams to design, execute, and evaluate our initiatives.
Responsibility and duties

Manage faculty engagement, contracts, new client onboarding, pre/post assessments, slide preparations, and course materials.
Manage course recording and facilitation to meet schedules and quality standards.
Manage program/project planning and execution to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Assess program/project performance and gather input for improvement.
Manage comments, announcements, placements, and inquiries to improve student experience.
Check the Learning Management System (LMS) for functioning and usability for stakeholders.
Manage event logistics like catering, transportation, and out-of-Lagos lodging.
Customise all training and programming materials for D&R and its clients.
Help create course summaries for effective teaching.
Keep databases organised and current.
Work with vendors and partners to execute project components smoothly.
Plan, execute, and follow up on workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Report project status, progress, obstacles, and recommendations weekly.
Skills, qualifications

BA in related discipline (Business Administration, Project Management, Education, etc.).
Previous project coordination experience.
Detail-oriented, organised, and multitasking.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Microsoft Office Suite and project management expertise.
Ability to work in teams.
Ability to solve problems and adapt to project needs.
