Job Title: Executive Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar,scheduling appointments,meetings,and travel arrangements.
• Prioritize and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Draft and edit correspondence,presentations,and other documents.
• Organize and maintain filing systems.
• Prepare travel itineraries and make travel arrangements.
• Order office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Manage confidential information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
• Fresh graduate with a minimum of 2:1
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
