Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
• Notify staff members of appointments and meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess OND / HND qualifications with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
