Job Title:Front Desk Personnel at Choice Talents NG
Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Managing the reception area, handling customer inquiries, operating office equipment, and providing overall office administration.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant or related fields
- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
- Receptionist Duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Proficiency in using Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers.
- Office Administration Skills including scheduling appointments, managing files, and handling correspondence.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
