About the Job

- Product Development: Work closely with the product team to enhance existing card products and introduce new offerings to meet market demand.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling of card products and services.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance the customer experience.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to enhance airline services, amenities, and customer experiences.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on growth metrics, market trends, and the performance of the card business segment for senior management.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Masters Degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the payment card industry.
- Strong understanding of card product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
