ITCS provides Supply, Engineering and Services to the industrial sector, Oil and Gas & Power companies for enhancing the productivity and reliability of their plant operations. We integrate products and provide services for the Oil & Gas, Power, Refining, Agriculture, Mining, Aviation, Marine and Water industries.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.)?Account Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
  • Communicate with suppliers/Vendor to for collections of Invoice/LPO, Waybills for material supply etc
  • Create reports and balance sheets for Material received and Payment.
  • Update clients? accounts based on payment.
  • Daily update on all daily inventory issued out.
  • Weekly / Monthly Inventory reports
  • Vouching and daily posting of all vendors/Contractors
  • Ensure proper filling of invoices, bills and other transactions documents.
  • Perform internal audits on inventory and payment as necessary.
  • Review both incoming and outgoing invoices and posting of vendors invoices.
  • Proper Control of Site Float and disbursement.
  • Preparing of Daily operational float reports and send to the General Manager
  • Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions.
  • Work with the company visiting accountants and auditors for monthly reports of company?s transactions.
  • And other assigned duties

2.)?Office Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

Job Duties

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Manage and monitor staff welfare packages ? HMO, Pension, leaves, travellings etc
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; and making necessary adjustments.

Requirements

  • Office Manager Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years? experience working in office administration.
  • A relevant Degree and professional qualification.
  • Experience of working within the Oil & Gas Industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Supply Management, Informing Others, Tracking Budget Expenses, Delegation, Staffing, Managing Processes, Supervision, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting skills.

3.)?Technical Sales Engineer

About the Job

  • An Integrated Indigenous Oilfield Services company in Nigeria equipment supplies and engineering services to the Energy sector, has the vacancy for a suitably qualified person as a Product Champion / Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Agree and meet quarterly sales goals, monitor performance; and provide feedback and corrective actions;
  • Build a quality network within the customer base and act as a relationship focal point for key accounts; identify new leads and grow them into sales;
  • Review every opportunity and ensure all opportunities are advanced or closed.
  • Ensure sales are closed at winning / market prices that meet the profitability levels set by the Division and /or Business Segment;
  • Review and approve Segment bids and tenders in consultation with the MD and Operations Manager.
  • Consolidate the opportunity pipeline for the Segment and provide input to the budgeting exercise;
  • Understand the market and competitive landscape;
  • Ensure adequate coverage. Communicate changes to operations, the Segment and account management staff;
  • Monitor client perception of Segment service delivery and help ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Maintain integrity in all words and actions ensuring ethics, HSE and quality are evident;

Qualifications

  • B.Sc/B.Eng/HND in Electrical/Electronics/Systems Engineering from Reputable Higher Institution
  • Experience: 5 years Cognate with good knowledge of the workings of Procurement by the IOCs, NOCs, and Power Industries.
  • Location Rivers
  • Job Field Engineering / Technical Oil and Gas / Energy Sales / Marketing
  • Operational and technical experience in procurement or sales of Fuel Handling Equipment, Valves, Control and Instrumentation, Pumps, etc., in the upstream and Power industries.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (with industrial experience) is required

Skills:

  • Must have sufficient analytical skills, be a good communicator, and have good presentation skills
  • Experience in estimating and providing added value bidding;
  • Must have good computer skills, time management skills and organizational skills;
  • This person must be able to prioritize tasks to get timely results.
