Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the required customer experience capabilities.
  • He/she works with the Chief, Customer Success Officer across the organization to embed behaviors and actions that unite the silo-based organization focusing on priorities in customers? lives as this manner of doing business honors the employees and customers, resulting in a sustainable, repeatable, and deliberate one-company approach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to develop and implementing tools and processes to understand customers, e.g. surveys, other listening posts, personas, and journey mapping.
  • Perform daily Review of intelligence from Customer Listening posts to highlight and precipitate initiatives that promote customer-centric culture; Centralize and analyze customer feedback and data.
  • Organize monthly customer room sessions share and communicate these initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to organize and direct the activities of customer support infrastructure to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers.
  • Organize and moderate Customer journey mapping sessions with internal and external stakeholders to enable more efficient and effective customer interactions, understand customers better and precipitate initiatives to address identified customer pain.
  • Co-create new customer experiences with Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Identify metrics to track and ensure those metrics are linked to business outcomes. Support the Chief, Customer Realization, and Governance to share the insights from the customer understanding tools throughout the organization.
  • Educate the rest of the organization about the customer and the customer experience. Ensure that the customer and the impact on the customer is embedded in all customer-impacting decisions, designs, and conversations.
  • Oversee the administration of the CX advisory council.
  • Interact with HR and other culture and Value realization representatives across the business to execute customer-centric initiatives and ensure accountability for customer improvements across the functions.
  • Actively Participate in Product design workshops to ensure the embedding of customer-centric defined standards.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor?s or Master’s Degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of customer service / Customer experience improvement implementation.

2.) Team Lead, Business Reconciliation

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the operations reconciliation team, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and operational data through effective reconciliation processes.
  • He/she will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, process optimization, team leadership, and collaboration across departments.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the operations reconciliation functions.
  • Collaborate with Paymate management to align reconciliation goals with overall Business objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing reconciliation results and provide insights to senior management.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Operations Reconciliations Officers.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Process Management:

  • Oversee the daily, monthly, and annual reconciliation processes for financial and operational accounts on behalf of the Paymate business.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized reconciliation procedures and implement improvements for efficiency.

Promote Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with operations, finance, product management and the data analysis team to obtain necessary information for reconciliation purposes.
  • Establish effective communication channels to promptly address and resolve discrepancies.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and external regulations related to financial data recognition.
  • Stay informed about changes in standards and regulations impacting reconciliation processes.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess risks associated with reconciliation processes in Paymate.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize errors and discrepancies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement in reconciliation procedures, within the Paymate business and other groups or departments.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline reconciliation processes and increase accuracy.

Training and Development:

  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills in reconciliation processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and disseminate knowledge within the team.

Educational Qualification and Certification

  • Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited university.

Experience:

  • 4 – 5 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in reconciliation processes within an operations or financial setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analytic software applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

3.) Senior .Net Engineer

  • We are seeking an experienced, full-time/contract .Net Engineer to join our team. The position is located in Lagos but offers flexibility for some remote work.
  • The .Net Engineer will develop, design, and implement.Net-based applications using C#, ASP.Net, and SQL Server in a distributed architecture.
  • The engineer will participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • A successful candidate will understand object-oriented programming principles, software development life cycles, software testing methodologies, and agile development practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in designing and developing .Net-based applications
  • Expertise in .Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, and SQL Server
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and agile development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
