Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our client, a good name in the food and drinks industry. The Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing the transportation, distribution, and storage of supplies and goods for our restaurant operations.


  • Coordinate and oversee the transportation of supplies, equipment, and goods to and from the restaurant locations.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
  • Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics activities.
  • Handle any logistics-related issues or delays in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations and finance, to coordinate logistics activities and support overall business objectives.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years work experience.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends.

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
