Job Overview

  • We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our dynamic sales team.
  • Candidates must reside on the Island.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

  • Identify and target healthcare professionals and institutions as potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to promote our products and services.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our medical products/services to effectively present and educate clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert guidance on usage and benefits.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential clients.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Customer Support and Service:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Offer post-sales support and follow-up to maintain strong client relationships.

Sales Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of medical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
