  • As the Sales Manager at Landlink NG, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for managing and leading our sales force.
  • This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
  • You will be tasked with not only achieving sales targets but also providing strategic direction and guidance to your team to excel in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Act as the point of contact for high-value clients and complex sales transactions.

Sales Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective sales training programs.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company’s reach.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular sales reports and market analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with some years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
