Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales target in all territories by increasing the consumer base, ensuring sales volume is at its maximum.
  • Keep current with the demand and supply of the company’s products/services, economic indicators, changing trends, and competitors.
  • Ensure that all the key marketing projects and activities are implemented effectively.
  • Ensure timely reporting systems for the team through the ERP system.
  • Attract, retain, and train quality manpower for effective delivery.

Requirements and Qualification

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc, HND in any discipline.
  • Must have 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical products and services is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English and local dialects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills are important.
