1.)?Audit, Risk and Compliance Governance Business Partner
Location: In Urhonigbe, Edo
Job Summary
The Audit, Risk, and Compliance Governance (ARCG) Business Partner prevents fraud and waste to boost Strategic Business Unit (SBU) efficiency.
He/she plans, executes, and prepares excellent Internal Audit, Compliance review, and Risk management programs in the SBU and reports on their implementation and findings.
He/She will oversee the formulation, evaluation, and implementation of company-regulating agency policies.
Responsibility/Duties
Audit:
Audit environmental standards to guarantee compliance.
Create SBU Internal Audit Strategic Plan
Test previous audit corrective measures.
Help the Company’s independent auditors
Internally examine or audit compliance procedures periodically.
Compliance:
Continuous monitoring of business activities to verify compliance with firm Policies, Processes, Guidelines, and Governance framework
Communicating with external auditors about internal control audits
Organize regulatory reporting.
Check that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures are written, implemented, and communicated.
Guide Management in compliance program execution.
Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management as part of the yearly ARCG strategy.
Develop risk management strategies for product, compliance, and operational concerns.
Develop, improve, and apply business internal audit, compliance review, and risk management procedures and detect new gaps.
Communicate internal audit, compliance review, and risk management findings, suggestions, resolutions, and updates to Business Management and Board Committees.
Organize regulatory reporting.
Check that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures are written, implemented, and communicated.
Advice Management on compliance program implementation or operation
Manage Risk:
Perform internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management in the yearly ARCG plan.
Develop risk management strategies for product, compliance, and operational concerns.

Effectively communicate internal audit, compliance review, and risk management findings, suggestions, resolutions, and updates to Business Management and Board Committees.
Education and Experience
Minimum second-class upper in any course from a reputed university
Chartered Accountant required.
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree is beneficial.
Minimum 5 years internal control experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Navision and SharePoint are a plus).

2.)?GHAP(Green Hills Agricultural Products Limited) Farm Supervisor
Location:?Urhonigbe, Edo
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of allocated blocks on the farm
- Draw work plans and crop calendars for planting, field management, and harvesting of cassava.
- Plant, apply manure/fertilizers, weed management, harvesting, and post-harvest handling of cassava.
- Ensure technical backstopping, capacity development, and training of daily-rated staff attached to the farm
- Prepare time sheets for casual/daily rated staff
- Ensure good farm equipment maintenance, irrigation management, and fertigation.
- Search for, engage and manage farmhands daily
- Any other responsibility assigned to him by the Farm Manager
Qualifications / Experience
- B.Agric / HND in Crop Science, Plant Pathology, Soil Science, Agronomy, Agric Economics or related discipline

- Observe and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and determine the need for adjustment or repair.
- Reads job orders and listens to trailer in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures
- Dismantles machine or equipment to examine parts for defects or to remove defective part
- Replaces defective parts with new parts or repairs or reproduces part from various kinds of metal stocko
- Assembles and test operates machine to verify the connection of malfunction

- Performs routine preventative maintenance services.
- Cleans tools and working area
Qualifications
- SSCE or NBTE equivalent
- Completion of an accredited tractor mechanic program
