Duties: – Social Media Strategy and Content Creation
Create and implement a social media plan for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to match RichlyAI’s brand identity and marketing goals.
To engage our audience, use Canva to create visually attractive graphics, pictures, and videos.
Schedule social media material in advance to ensure consistency and relevance while keeping up with industry changes and best practises.
Assess campaign performance using social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Email Newsletter Management:
Creating compelling email content, including AI technology articles, updates, case studies, and industry insights.
Personalising newsletter content to match recipient interests.
Maintaining legal and ethical newsletter content and practises, such as seeking approvals before sending communications.
Content Creation: Blog
To write engaging blog entries, research the AI innovation industry, market trends, and competitors.
Write engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts about RichlyAI’s AI innovation industry knowledge and customer benefits.
Gather blog post insights and quotes from internal stakeholders, industry experts, and influencers.
Interacting with Customers and Communities:
Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries on social media quickly and professionally.
Moderate comments, start dialogues, and resolve consumer problems to create a good and dynamic online community.
Marketing and Partnerships:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing programmes that link social media with company goals.
To grow RichlyAI’s audience, collaborate with influencers, AI specialists, and industry partners.
Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or similar profession.
Experience as a social media manager or comparable function, with a good graphic design and Canva portfolio.
Knowledge of social media platforms and brand promotion best practises.
Excellent written and vocal communication abilities, with the capacity to adapt content.
An interest and understanding of AI innovation.
Content production skills like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design applications.
SEO and blog optimisation knowledge is helpful.
Highly analytical to track and report social media performance indicators.
Work autonomously, handle many projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere.
