We need a devoted, organised, competent, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to help our clients.
Our clients’ personal and business responsibilities will be managed by a tech-savvy personal assistant who uses her technical skills to boost productivity.
Support: Be the client’s business’s main contact and personal assistant, creating a strong relationship and knowing its needs.
Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and personal and professional commitments efficiently.
Communication: Draught documents, handle email, and organise digital records for timely and professional communication.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot computer and device difficulties, set up and maintain technological tools, and help with software and programme use.
Research: Gather information online and generate client reports or presentations.
Project Coordination: Manage personal and professional projects, meeting deadlines and allocating resources.
Data Management: Protect secret data, administer databases, and aid with data entry and analysis.
Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and transportation and create client itineraries.
Track and reconcile spending, generate detailed expense reports, and follow budget standards.
Meeting Support: Prepare materials, take minutes, and follow up on client-directed action items.
Minimum HND/B.Sc in business-related field
Experience in similar field for 1+ year
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) proficiency.
Excellent time-management and organisation
Excellent writing and speaking skills
Outstanding customer service requires excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
Work ethic and capacity to multitask and prioritise under pressure to fulfil deadlines.
Monthly salary: N120,000–N200,000.
