Key Tasks Planning and Strategy for Sales:

Create and implement a thorough sales plan that is in line with the goals of the entire firm for the designated territory.
Recognize prospective App users and service subscribers in a specific region.
Analyze consumer wants and market trends while keeping an eye on industry rival activity.
Track sales performance indicators and give the Line Managers insight.
